Contact Information
The first thing I would like to tell you is, how to get a hold of me if you need assistance. I will tell you that email is the best way as I usually answer it several times per day. However, you may also Skype or phone me. I am happy to try to help you out if you have problems with the course. Since this is an online course, I do not have any office hours. Thus, you may pretty much contact me anytime and I will answer as soon as I am able. My information is below:

Assignment Submission
Submitting assignments is easy with my course. You may either email them to me by the assignment due date (if there is one) or via Dropbox. If you choose to submit via Dropbox, let me know and I will set you up in my system. As for my email, it is listed under “Contact Information.”
I always follow the same pattern for file names; it is lastname_firstname_ assignment# [hammers_dennis_assignment1]

They can help you with any course related computer problem that deals with their system. If you have purchased a piece of hardware or software that is not directly part of the course requirements, please contact the appropriate vendor. Additionally, I may be able to assist on a few minor problems but there is no guarantee.
